RETURN POLICY

Although we are confident you will love your new handmade piece of jewelry, if for some reason it’s not what you had in mind we allow exchanges for purchases on our website within 14 days of receipt. After 14 days all sales are final. All custom, sale, and discounted items cannot be exchanged. Please contact us and let us know you will be returning the item prior to shipment at hello@laurafrenchjewelry.com. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and condition received. The buyer is responsible for all associated shipping costs. Laura French Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping and highly recommends shipping returns with a tracking number.

SHIPPING

All in stock orders will ship out within 2-5 business days, often sooner. We use USPS for most domestic US orders. Shipping time is 2-5 business days depending on the final destination. You will receive tracking information once the item has been shipped. A signature is required on all orders shipped by Laura French Jewelry to insure safety of the jewelry. We can not ship to PO boxes. All orders will pay a flat $9.99 shipping fee. If you require an item shipped out of the country please contact us prior to placing your order, hello@laurafrenchjewelry.com, so we can provide you a shipping quote. Depending on the final destination outside the US we will choose the best shipping option to meet your needs. For all orders outside of the United States, we are not responsible for any extra customs fees you might be charged. We include insurance for all purchases up to $500.00. If you would like to add additional insurance or expedited shipping to an order please request so prior to ordering by emailing us at hello@laurafrenchjewelry.com. All made to order pieces will require a minimum of 4 weeks to construct prior to shipping. Please let us know if you need something shipped by a certain date prior to ordering to be sure we can accommodate.
